We are seeking a Marketing Associate – Social Media to lead heva's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines creative storytelling (reels, shorts, stories, and posts) with performance marketing execution (Meta Business Suite, ad campaigns, analytics), while also supporting SEM/SEO efforts and event management.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring our brand reaches patients and providers in ways that build trust and drive growth.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based in our Mexico City office
